Once again an order was placed for a Chocolate Cake...A simple Chocolate Cake...
What does that mean? Simple?! Hmmm...I don't do SIMPLE, tasteful and not too flashy is my idea of simple and so another chocolate cake creation was born.
Chocolate Fudge Cake filled with Chocolate Pastry Cream and iced with Light Chocolate Chantilly Cream. Hand carved Chocolate curls were placed around the cake. This Chocolate cake is the perfect balance of flavors and not at all too sweet or too Chocolatey...I know it seems that last statement is impossible because of all the chocolate involved but the cake is fudgelike and semi-sweet while the filling is milk chocolate and the icing is incredibly light and fluffy with just a hint of pure cocoa flavor..Seriously it is DELICIOUS!
